针对飞机环控系统主要制冷部件涡轮冷却器风扇叶片断裂的问题,通过对涡轮冷却器故障件的整体外观检查、分解检查、风扇叶片断口分析、风扇叶轮背面摩擦痕迹分析、风扇端轴承、涡轮端轴承损坏程度、轴的硬度检测及轴强度校核,确定风扇端轴承为首先失效件。在此基础上,以风扇端轴承失效为顶事件,综合运用仿真分析、负载波动试验、硬度检测、轴承超温试验及无润滑失效试验等方法,对风扇端轴承失效原因进行分析,结果表明:轴承弯曲变形导致风扇叶轮刮蹭断裂;轴承变形失效的原因为缺油导致润滑不良,发生干磨,温度异常升高;缺油的主要原因是使用维护方法不当。并根据失效分析结果提出改进措施。
Aiming at the problem of fan blade rupture in the turbine cooler of the main cooling component of the airborne environmental control system, this paper analyzes the overall appearance of the turbine cooler failure component, the decomposition inspection, the analysis of the fan blade fracture, the friction trace of the fan impeller back surface, the fan end bearing, Bearing damage, shaft hardness testing and shaft strength check to determine the first fan-side bearing failure. On the basis of this, taking fan bearing failure as top event, the failure reason of fan end bearing is analyzed by using simulation analysis, load fluctuation test, hardness test, bearing over-temperature test and non-lubrication failure test. The results show that: Bearing bending deformation led to the scraping of the fan impeller rupture; bearing deformation failure due to lack of lubrication leading to poor, dry grinding, the temperature anomalies; lack of oil is mainly due to improper use of maintenance methods. According to the result of failure analysis, some improvement measures are put forward.
