一、前言钢纤维混凝土是近年来混凝土工艺学上发展起来的一项新技术,国内、外在水利、交通、国防、冶金等部门对钢纤维混凝土的性能和应用研究方面做了大量工作,并取得了一定的成绩。它与普通混凝土比较具有优良的性能:弹性模量比较大,钢纤维在水泥基体中化学稳定性好,抗拉强度提高(如在混凝土中每立方米掺入钢纤维30kg,抗拉强度可提高21%,掺入80kg可提高68%)等,同时在满足某种技术要求时,经济上还有显著效益。风化岩石路堑边坡过去多采用水泥砂浆砌片石防护,就发展趋势而言,浆砌片石护坡,费料、费工,施工强度大、速度慢,特别在石料缺乏的地区,更不适应铁路建设的需要。因此亟待研究一种造价较低,施工方便,建设速度快的新型防护方法和材料。采用喷射钢纤维混凝土加固边坡代替传统的片石加固正是为此目的而探索。
