已有的校直工艺数学模型为压力控制型,在实际生产中难以实现,故需研究行程控制型校直工艺数学模型。通过研究弹区比在精密校直过程中的影响,建立了弹区比、力参量和应变比的方程,进而提出一种校直行程计算方法。实验表明,该方法对轴类零件的校直参数计算是有效的,对精密校直机的设计和制造有一定的指导意义。
The existing straightening process mathematical model is pressure control type, which is difficult to be realized in actual production. Therefore, it is necessary to study the mathematical model of stroke control straightening process. By studying the influence of the bungee area ratio in the precision straightening process, the equation of the bungee area ratio, the force parameter and the strain ratio is established, and then a method of calculating the straightening distance is proposed. Experiments show that this method is effective for the calculation of the alignment parameters of the shaft parts and has some guiding significance for the design and manufacture of the precision straightening machine.
