目的 :制备氟尿嘧啶乳膏剂 ,并观察其联用胸腺素治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法 :治疗组 12 6例尖锐湿疣患者 ,注射胸腺素 ,同时将氟尿嘧啶乳膏剂涂于患处治疗。对照组 6 5例尖锐湿疣患者 ,注射胸腺素 ,同时用中药溶液涂擦患处。结果 :治疗组治愈率 6 9.8% ,总有效率 93.7% ;对照组治愈率 2 7.7% ,总有效率 73.8%。两组间治愈率与总有效率均有极显著性差异(P <0 .0 1)。结论 :氟尿嘧啶乳膏剂联用胸腺素治疗尖锐湿疣疗效确切 Objective: To prepare fluorouracil cream and observe the curative effect of thymosin in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods: In the treatment group, 126 patients with condyloma acuminatum were injected with thymosin, while the fluorouracil cream was applied to the affected area. In the control group, 65 patients with condyloma acuminatum were injected with thymosin, and the affected area was smeared with Chinese medicine solution. Results: The cure rate of the treatment group was 6.8%, the total effective rate was 93.7%. The cure rate of the control group was 7.76% and the total effective rate was 73.8%. There was a significant difference between the two groups in the cure rate and the total effective rate (P <0.01). Conclusion: Fluorouracil cream combined with thymosin is effective in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum
