基于组织公平理论受文化价值观影响的前提,本文考察了中国文化下的甄选程序公平原则。调查结果表明,中国文化影响面试程序公平原则,中国的面试程序公平原则有别于北美。
Based on the premise that organizational justice theory is influenced by cultural values, this paper examines the principle of fairness in selection process under Chinese culture. The survey results show that Chinese culture influences the fairness of the interview procedure and that the fairness of the interview procedure in China is different from that of North America.
