在WTO和知识经济背景下,经济的全球化给我国企业,尤其是民营企业带来了巨大的影响,传统的”家族式”管理和姻亲模式在大多数民营企业发展的创业阶段虽然发挥了重要的作用,但是,随着企业的规模扩大、新资源的不断涌人、经营环境的改变,这些基于本土文化和地方劳动力及血缘关系网的人力资源配置方式已经成为严重制约民营企业继续发展的因素之一。
