绩效工资改革一直是我国医院改革的重点。良好的绩效工资核算分配方案,不仅能提高医务工作者的积极性,还能更好的发挥医院的示范作用,提高其整体服务水平。基于此,本文以医院绩效工资改革为视角,对医院绩效工资核算分配方案进行探讨,指出医院进行绩效工资分配的必要性与可行性,指出了当前其中存在的问题,并提出了相关建议。
Performance pay reform has always been the focus of hospital reform in our country. Good performance payroll distribution program, not only can improve the enthusiasm of medical workers, but also to better play a demonstration role of the hospital to improve its overall service level. Based on this, this paper discusses the hospital performance payroll allocation program from the perspective of hospital performance pay reform, points out the necessity and feasibility of the hospital performance payroll allocation, points out the current problems and puts forward some suggestions.
