[目的]观察扶正化瘀胶囊联合西药治疗肝炎肝硬化脾功能亢进疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊及住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。葡萄糖/氯化钾+胰岛素,静脉输入,保持水电解质平衡,保肝、退黄治疗,维生素B族、消化酶补充。对照组50例恩替卡韦,0.5mg/次,1次/d。治疗组50例扶正化瘀胶囊,1.5g/次,3次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗180d为1疗程。观测临床症状、白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白、血小板、脾厚、脾长径、门静脉内径、脾静脉内径、HA、LN、PⅢNP、ⅣC、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈12例,显效23例,有效13例,无效2例,总有效率96.00%。对照组痊愈12例,显效18例,有效12例,无效8例,总有效率84.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血常规指标两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。B超指标两组均有改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。肝纤维指标两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]扶正化瘀胶囊联合西药治疗肝炎肝硬化脾功能亢进疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。 [Objective] To observe the curative effect of Fuzheng Huayu capsule combined with Western medicine on hypersplenism of liver cirrhosis caused by hepatitis. [Conclusion] Fuzhenghuayu capsule combined with Western medicine is effective in treating hypersplenism due to liver cirrhosis, without serious adverse reactions, it is worth popularizing.
