以偶氮二异丁脒二盐酸盐(AIBA·2HCl)为引发剂,在水溶液中合成了N-乙烯基甲酰胺(NVF)与二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DADMAC)的共聚物,并对产物进行了FTIR、DSC表征。在单体质量比m(NVF)/m(DADMAC)=1下,探讨了单体总质量分数、引发剂质量分数、反应温度对聚合过程及产物特性粘度的影响;考察了产物在瓦楞纸浆中的助滤助留效果。研究结果表明,NVF与DADMAC发生共聚,在单体总质量分数为20%、引发剂质量分数为0.1%、反应温度为60℃、反应时间为7h的聚合条件下,单体的总转化率为96.3%,产物特性粘度为65.2ml/g、正电荷量为0.7094mmol/g;在弱碱性条件下,当NVF-DADMAC共聚物(PNVF-DA)的添加量为0.75%(以绝干浆计)时,打浆度降低23.8%、去浊率为62.7%。
