美国的中国之桥基金会(Bridge to China Fundation,简称BCF)自1988年起向我国有关高等院校赠送大学水平以上的图书、资料约11万册(件),受益学校达400多所。目前,接受BCF赠书的工作由国家教委条件装备司及全国高校图工委负责。为更便利、更迅速地接受和分发国际赠书,条装司决定,由青岛海洋大学国际教育交流服务部及同济大学和大连理工大学两个赠书转运站共同承担转赠图书工作。
The Bridge of China Fundation (BCF) in the United States has given more than 110 university-level books and materials to some institutions of higher education in China since 1988, benefiting more than 400 schools. At present, the acceptance of the BCF book by the State Education Commission conditions and Equipment Division and the National University work plans and responsibilities. In order to facilitate and promptly accept and distribute international donation books, the boarding department decided to transfer donated books jointly by the International Education Exchange and Service Department of Qingdao Ocean University and the two donation transfer stations of Tongji University and Dalian University of Technology.
