目的:比较保定、亳州、定州三产地长梗薤白提取物对高脂血症大鼠脂蛋白-胆固醇代谢的影响及其抗氧化作用。方法:复制大鼠高脂血症模型,测定血清脂蛋白-胆固醇及过氧化脂质(LPO)含量,观察比较三种产地薤白提取物对高脂血症大鼠脂蛋白-胆固醇代谢的影响及抗氧化作用。结果:三产地长梗薤白提取物能显著降低高脂血症大鼠血清TC和LDL-C含量,明显降低TG含量,明显升高血清HDL-C含量,同时能显著降低高脂血症大鼠血清LPO含量;组间比较除亳州产薤白提取物升高血清HDL-C较显著外,其他指标组间比较无显著差异。结论:提示三产地长梗薤白提取物均有较强的降血脂作用,此作用产地之间差异不大。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of extracts of long-stemmed indigotica from three production sites in Baoding, Zhangzhou and Dingzhou on lipoprotein-cholesterol metabolism in hyperlipidemic rats and their anti-oxidative effects. METHODS: Rat hyperlipidemia model was duplicated, serum lipoprotein-cholesterol and lipid peroxidation (LPO) levels were determined, and the effects of extracts of Radix Paeoniae alba extracts on lipoprotein-cholesterol metabolism in hyperlipidemic rats were observed and compared. Anti-oxidize effect. RESULTS: The extracts of Tribulus terrestris L. from three production areas could significantly reduce the serum levels of TC and LDL-C in hyperlipidemic rats, significantly reduce the content of TG, significantly increase the serum HDL-C level, and significantly reduce the hyperlipidemic rats. Serum LPO content; between the groups except for the increase of serum HDL-C in Quzhou pupa extract, there was no significant difference between other groups. Conclusion: It is suggested that the extracts from the long-stemmed stem borer of the three producing areas all have strong lipid-lowering effect, and there is no significant difference between the producing areas of this effect.
