休风打破了高炉进程的动态平衡,有它一定的特点和难度。如有不当,很容易导致高炉不顺。炉凉以致酿成事故。因此正确认识,把握这一过程的性质和影响因素,对提高休风操作水平是至关重要的。一、休风与强化冶炼的关系过去常因休风引起高炉不顺,但近年来随着高炉进程逐渐强化,休风中的顺行问题变得较易解决。本厂自1983年以来的43例休风中(计划休风31次,非计划休风12次),仅6次有塌料,无一例坐料。即使长达四五十天的超长期休风,复风时也极少坐料。休风操作水平的提高是一重要原因,但更主要的是强化冶炼的措施本身所致。(1) 炉料结构改变,高熟料率并使用高碱度烧结矿使软熔带的位置、形状趋于
