高中《体育与健康》的课改实验教学已进行了两个多年头,随着课改的深入与实践,《体育与健康》已被列为2007年高考“3+X”中的“X”中,是时代发展对体育学科的提出了新的要求,也是适应学生自身发展的需要,同时也对广大体育教师提出了更高的要求。面对高考改革,如何进行《体育与健康》与健康基础知识教育,是我们体育教师认真探讨的问题。
