目的改进复方枣仁胶囊质量标准中鉴别方法。方法用硅胶G为吸附剂,水饱和正丁醇为展开剂,采用薄层色谱法检测酸枣仁和左旋延胡索乙素并测定比旋度区别左旋延胡索乙素和延胡索乙素。结论此检验方法操作简便,结果准确,专属性强,可用作复方枣仁胶囊质量标准鉴别方法,为提高中成药质量标准提供参考。 Objective To improve the identification method of compound Zaoren capsule quality standard. Methods Silica gel G was used as the adsorbent, water-saturated n-butanol as the developing agent, and thin-layer chromatography was used to detect Semen Zizhu and L-tetrahydropalmatine. The specific rotation was compared between L-tetrahydropalmatine and tetrahydropalmatine. Conclusion This test method is easy to operate, accurate and specific. It can be used as a quality standard identification method for compound Zaoren capsules and provides reference for improving the quality standard of Chinese patent medicine.
