[目的]观察清肺平喘汤治疗小儿哮喘疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组。对照组40例吸氧、平喘、祛痰、抗感染等对症治疗。治疗组40例清肺平喘汤(生石膏15g,炙麻黄、白果、紫苏子各3g,杏仁、地骨皮各6g,地龙4g,黄芩3g,生甘草2g)1剂/d,水煎100mL,早晚口服。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、肺功能(FVC、FEV1、PEF)、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床控制21例,显效14例,有效2例,无效3例,总有效率92.50%。对照组临床控制14例,显效10例,有效7例,无效9例,总有效率77.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。肺功能指标(FVC、FEV1、PEF50及FEV1/FVC)两组均显著升高(P<0.05),组间无明显差异(P>0.05)[结论]清肺平喘汤治疗小儿哮喘效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Qingfei Pingchuan Decoction on pediatric asthma.
