我曾經参加过幾次关於農業合作化問题的討論会。由於錯过了参加土改的机会,我对我國農民只有抽象的概念。我不知道憑着我在土壤和肥料方面的一知牛解是否能有資格來提出一些建議。我現在大胆地提出了下面的意見,希望讀者們或許能加以考慮: 1.我們应給予農業生產合作社以优先購買一定限量肥料的权利。 2.由於在兩塊產量很懸殊的土地裹施肥,貧脊地所增產者一般此肥沃地所增產者为高;又由於貧脊地的農民往往較为貧困,所以他們应該享
I have participated in several seminars on the issue of agricultural cooperation. Because I missed the opportunity to participate in land reform, I have only an abstract concept of peasants in our country.
