时间:1991年11月上旬。地点:湖南青园宾馆。内容:第二次全国销售网点暨’91金秋订货会。一次成交订货合同554台、2340万元,加上会议前后陆续订货,累计已达到734台、3000多万元。至此我厂1992年订货合同已经暴满。回顾1991年,我们迅速扭转市场疲软、资金紧缺的被动局面,执行“企业生命靠质量,发展品种找市场,推陈出新抓开发,出奇制胜搞促销”的发展方针,摆脱了困境,赢得了生机。
