本文基于我国乡镇企业用地的现状,分析引发乡镇企业用地问题的法律制度缺陷和不足。在此基础之上,对我国乡镇企业用地法律管理提出几点建议:一是增加乡镇企业用地的管理内容;二是建立乡镇企业用地标准;三是引入基准地价和定级估价制度;四是建立闲置乡镇企业用地的回收程序,完善乡镇企业用地制度的监管内容,促进乡镇企业用地合法、有序地使用。
Based on the current situation of the land use of the township enterprises in our country, this article analyzes the defects and shortcomings of the legal system that cause the land use problems of the township enterprises. On this basis, some suggestions are put forward for the legal management of the land-use of township enterprises in our country: one is to increase the management content of the land use of township enterprises; the other is to establish the standard of land use for township enterprises; the third is to introduce the benchmark land price and the rating system; The procedures for reclaiming land for idle township and village enterprises should be set aside so as to improve the regulatory content of the system of land for township and village enterprises so as to promote the legitimate and orderly use of land for township and village enterprises.
