1. 排湿。刚采摘的香菇含水量较高,须进行排湿处理。晾晒:将鲜菇置于晒帘上,菇盖倾斜向上均匀排列。晾晒时间:秋冬菇3~6小时,春菇6~7小时,夏菇1~2小时。热风排湿:菇盖向下均匀摊在晒帘上,置于自制的热风回转窑内,在40℃环境中排湿。利用排湿机排湿。排湿后的鲜菇, Moisture Mushrooms just picked higher moisture content, to conduct wetting treatment.
