主要提出一种用循环载荷下试样表面的温度曲线来快速预测疲劳寿命的方法。结果显示,6061-T6铝合金高周疲劳载荷下温度演化曲线可以分为4个阶段:初始温升阶段,温度缓降阶段,温度再次缓慢上升阶段和快速升温阶段,根据热力学定律分析各个阶段的产热机理。利用温度演化曲线的初始温度梯度作为预测疲劳寿命的指标,预测结果与疲劳试验结果相吻合。
A method of rapidly predicting fatigue life by temperature curve of specimen surface under cyclic loading is proposed. The results show that the temperature evolution curve of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy under high-cycle fatigue loading can be divided into four stages: initial temperature rise stage, slow temperature decline stage, slowly rising temperature stage and rapid warming stage. According to the thermodynamic laws, Heat generation mechanism. The initial temperature gradient of the temperature evolution curve is used as an index to predict the fatigue life. The predicted results are in good agreement with the fatigue test results.
