本文针对传统的工程管理专业法律平台课程体系的缺点,提出了将建设法规课程进行内容调整,并根据工程法律和工程合同管理实践需要,将合同法从传统的合同管理课程中分离出来,并加入了与本专业有关的司法解释的内容,新增加了专业性较强的工程合同分析课程,从而构建了既能与其他平台课程衔接,又具有专业模块特点的工程管理专业法律平台课程体系。
According to the shortcomings of the traditional legal system platform of engineering management, this paper puts forward the content adjustment of the construction laws and regulations curricula, and according to the requirements of engineering law and engineering contract management, separates the contract law from the traditional contract management course, The contents of the judicial interpretation related to this major are newly added and the project contract analysis course with strong professionalism is added so as to construct the legal platform course system of engineering management specialty which can not only connect with other platform courses but also possess the professional modules.
