针对在支撑框架上安装预埋件产生的应力问题进行了研究。预埋件通过过盈配合与支撑框架进行联接,并在预埋件上制作销孔。采用接触分析技术和单元生死技术,分析了过盈配合产生的接触应力。采用均匀试验设计方法、最小二乘法和优化方法,获得了过盈量在多个水平下产生的应力,并确定了最大过盈量。分析表明,当预埋件直径为12 mm,销孔直径为6 mm,接触应力限制在1/4倍的材料强度时,过盈量为10.5μm。本文为类似问题的分析和解决提供了方法上的参考。
The problem of stress caused by installing the embedded parts on the supporting frame has been studied. The embedded parts are connected with the supporting frame through the interference fit, and the pin holes are made on the embedded parts. Using contact analysis technology and unit life and death technology, the contact stress produced by interference fit was analyzed. Uniform test design method, least squares method and optimization method were used to obtain the stress generated by interference at multiple levels and the maximum interference was determined. Analysis shows that when the embedded part diameter is 12 mm, the pin hole diameter is 6 mm and the contact stress is limited to 1/4 times the material strength, the interference is 10.5 μm. This article provides a methodological reference for the analysis and solution of similar problems.
