磨削是用来加工高精度工件的,而磨削冷却液的净化率将直接影响工件的加工精度,这一点往往被人们所忽视。通常所用的磨床冷却水箱存在下列缺陷:(1)水箱中大量地沉积碎屑(铁屑、砂粒、杂物等),特别是一些磨削量大的磨床(M7150平磨等)尤为严重。(2)箱内结构均为单纯的隔板分离形式,对冷却液的过滤性能很差。因此冷却液在重复循环使用过程中,必将掺屑,势必加速砂轮的堵塞与纯化,大大降低其使用寿命,
