当年宋原放先生将刊物名曰《出版史料》,我钦佩他的高明,因为研究中国出版史,资料搜集是第一位的事情。中国古代出版史就其业绩辉煌与历史悠久而言,全世界无与伦比,举世公认是对人类文明与进步的伟大贡献。可是,由于至今尚未做过史料的系统搜集工作,研究工作举步维艰。讲出版史,总是不能不讲古代出版物的流通与发行。王
