本准备适用于以锡基或铅基合金制造的合金层厚度不超过0.50mm的汽车发动机主轴瓦、连杆轴瓦、曲轴止推片,以及合金层厚度不超过0.80mm的凸轮轴轴套的合金层金相组织检验。 1 技术要求 1.1 锡基合金ChSnSb4─4和ChSnSb8─4,两种合金采用同一标准。 1.1.1采用离心铸造的轴瓦,按本标准第一级别图评定。主轴瓦和连杆轴瓦1~4级合格,5级不合格;凸轮轴轴套1~5级合格,6级不合格。说明见表1。
