采用高温固相合成法合成了蓄光性能良好的SrAl2O4基质蓄光材料,优化了制备的工艺条件,对合成样品的发光性能、形貌、物相组成等进行了测试与分析,对影响产品性能的主要因素进行了研究,结果表明,Eu2+掺杂量(氧化铕与碳酸锶的摩尔比)为0.02~0.03时发光效率较高。
The SrAl2O4 matrix luminescent materials with good luminescent properties were synthesized by high temperature solid-phase synthesis. The preparation conditions were optimized. The luminescent properties, morphology and phase composition of the synthesized samples were tested and analyzed. The main influencing factors The results showed that the Eu2 + doping content (molar ratio of europium oxide to strontium carbonate) was higher than 0.02 ~ 0.03.
