近年来,我国部分地区侵害未成年人合法权益的犯罪活动时有发生,受到社会普遍关注。实践中,由于相关法律规定的不明确,司法机关对出卖亲生子女行为的定罪量刑并不统一,对于侵害儿童人身健康行为的处理意见也不一致。鉴于此,本刊与江苏省南通市通州区人民检察院遴选抚养人侵害儿童身心健康犯罪的两起典型案例,共同邀请专家,就有关实务问题进行专题研讨。
In recent years, the criminal activities that have infringed on the legitimate rights and interests of minors in some areas of our country have taken place from time to time, attracting widespread public concern.
