解放后国内主要大城市已陆续报告有儿童疾病之发病数,对儿童保健、医疗、预防工作提供了一定的参考资料。昆明地区由于地理环境的影响,其多发病较诸国内各省当有一定差异,因将我院1960—1962年之住院病例进行临床分析统计,并寻求昆明地区儿童疾病与气候、季节、年龄等之关系,以供同道参考。我院地点位于市中心,交通便利,日夜应诊,随到随看,来院就诊者人数已多,且包括社会各阶层的人民。本文资料似较能反映昆明地区一般儿童疾病发生的概况。
