目的评价《北京中医药》杂志2014年发表的中医药随机对照试验(RCT)报告的质量。方法手工检索2014年《北京中医药》杂志刊载的全部文章,筛选出RCT文章,对其试验设计、方法学及报告等进行分析总结。结果2014年杂志共发表临床研究类文章119篇,其中RCT文章74篇(62.1%)。RCT文章中有70篇(94.5%)描述入选标准、排除标准;68篇(91.8%)描述了基线资料的可比性;49篇(89.4%)描述了随机方法,其中45篇用随机数字表,2篇用随机信封,计算机伪随机及中央随机系统设计各1篇;24篇(32.1%)描述了不良事件的处理;19篇(25.6%)描述了流失病例;3篇(4.0%)描述了盲法;2篇(2.7%)描述了分配隐藏及估算样本量的方法;没有描述试验流程图的报告。应用Jadad量表评分:0~2分研究60篇,3~5分研究14篇。结论《北京中医药》杂志临床研究类文章中RCT文章具有较高比例,但Jadad高分文章比例相对较少,加强科学论文书写指导有助于进一步提高杂志质量。
Objective To evaluate the quality of the RCT report published by Beijing Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2014. Methods All the articles published in “Beijing Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine” in 2014 were manually searched, RCT articles were screened, and their experimental design, methodology and reports were analyzed and summarized. Results In 2014, a total of 119 clinical research articles were published, of which 74 were RCT articles (62.1%). Of the RCT articles, 70 (94.5%) described inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria; 68 (91.8%) described baseline comparability; 49 (89.4%) described a randomized trial of 45 random numbers, 2 articles were designed with random envelopes, pseudorandom computer and central randomisation system; 24 articles (32.1%) described the treatment of adverse events; 19 articles (25.6%) described the cases of loss; 3 articles (4.0%) described Blindness; 2 articles (2.7%) describe the method of allocation concealment and estimation of sample size; no report describing the experimental flow chart is described. Application Jadad scale score: 0 ~ 2 points in 60 studies, 3 ~ 5 points in 14 studies. Conclusion There is a high proportion of RCT articles in clinical research articles of Beijing Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine, but there are relatively few Jadad high-grade articles. Strengthening the guidance of scientific articles helps to further improve the quality of the magazine.
