目的 分析阶段性健康教育在上消化道出血护理中的应用效果?方法 选取本院2018年10月至2019年10月接收的上消化道出血患者200例,按照随机电脑等量法分组,两组各100例,对照组应用常规护理,主要包括密切观察患者情况?指导患者完成血尿常规?粪便检查?生化指标检查等,指导家属适量按摩患者受压部位,维持肢体正常循环?试验组基于此应用阶段性健康教育,主要包括入院时健康教育?出血期健康教育?康复期健康教育?出院期健康教育,对比两组医护依从性与健康知识知晓率?护理满意度?住院时间与再次大出血率?结果 试验组患者“,”Objective To analyze the application effect of stage health education in upper gastrointestinal bleeding nursing. Methods A total of 200 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding received by our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were divided into two groups according to random computer equometric method, with 100 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, mainly including close observation of patients, guidance to complete routine hematuria, stool examination, biochemical index examination, etc. Guide family members to massage the compressed parts of patients to maintain normal circulation of limbs. Based on this, phased health education was applied in the experimental group, which mainly included health education at admission, health education at bleeding stage, health education at rehabilitation stage and health education at discharge stage. The compliance and health knowledge awareness rate, nursing satisfaction rate, length of stay and re-hemorrhage rate of the two groups were compared. Results The compliance rate, health knowledge awareness rate and nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the rate of rehemorrhaging was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Periodic health education in upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage nursing application effect significantly, can guide the patients to actively cooperate with the clinical medical work, prompt thorough understanding upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with knowledge, which can effectively improve the quality of nursing care, avoid excessive bleeding again, promote the rehabilitation outcome, is worth a lot of popularization and application in nursing of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
