水稻立枯病是我省水稻育秧期主要病害之一,它对水稻生产影响极大,每年都在育苗过程中遭受一些损失。为及早解决水稻生产上的这一难题,我们从1982年开始进行了“立枯灵”的试制及药效测定工作,我们参照国外同行的方法,选择适合我国情况的合成路线和工艺流程,对反应条件略加改进合成了“立枯灵”,并在系统地探讨生产工艺条件的基础上,用自己合成的药制做了温室、塑料大棚旱育苗,湿润育苗等田间育秧药效测定,毒性试验,三废处理,中间体及成品分析等项试验,取得了理想的成果。
Rice blight is one of the main diseases during the rice seedling raising period in our province. It has a great impact on rice production and suffers some losses every year during the seedling raising process. In order to solve this difficult problem of rice production as early as possible, we started trial production and pharmacodynamics test of “Li-ling” from 1982, and with reference to the methods of foreign counterparts, we select the synthetic route and technological process suitable for our country. The reaction conditions were slightly improved to synthesize “Liqu Ling”. On the basis of systematically discussing the production process conditions, the efficacy of seedling raising in nursery, wet nursery, Test, waste treatment, intermediate and finished product analysis and other tests, and achieved satisfactory results.
