本文根据电路和电磁场的基本理论,首次推导出了空心感应式电感传感器的数学模型,以便于空心感应式电感传感器应用于精确测量场合和进行优化设计,并通过实测数据对数学模型进行了验证。
According to the basic theory of circuit and electromagnetic field, the mathematical model of hollow inductive inductive sensor is deduced for the first time so that hollow inductive inductive sensor can be used in accurate measurement and optimization design. The mathematical model is verified by the measured data.
