为了研究Sn元素对6061铝合金的作用,将固溶与时效热处理后含Sn的铝合金与普通铝合金的组织与性能进行比较。结果表明:Sn元素对6061铝合金的微观形貌有一定影响,对其再结晶晶粒的大小与成分影响不大;人工时效与预时效处理均可相应缩短Sn铝合金硬度达到峰值的时间;时效后含Sn的铝合金的硬度有明显提升,综合性能也得到了相应提高。
In order to study the effect of Sn on 6061 aluminum alloy, the microstructures and properties of Sn-containing aluminum alloy and ordinary aluminum alloy after solution treatment and aging treatment were compared. The results show that Sn has some influence on the micro-morphology of 6061 aluminum alloy, and has little influence on the size and composition of recrystallized grains. Both artificial aging and pre-aging treatment can shorten the peak time of Sn-Al alloy. After aging, the hardness of the Sn-containing aluminum alloy has been significantly improved, and the overall performance has also been correspondingly improved.
