我队所有的鑽孔都是75%的斜井,地层复杂,有的流砂礫石层深达140公尺,因此大部鑽孔都須下200公尺左右的井壁管。下部岩层坚硬,多为磁鐵石英岩、片麻岩。孔深都在300公尺左右:全部使用泥漿,这就出现以下几种情況。 1.井壁管及井管接手磨損严重:因斜井在鑽进中鑽桿只磨井管的下面。譬如某号孔下108公厘井管170公尺,有90%的被报廢,接手全部损耗。其他各井也同样平均报廢20至40%。 2.起管困难,佔用設备,影响进尺:接手因都被磨破,起拔时易从接乎处裂断,造成起拔困难。如
