目的 回顾近年来有关 +GZ重复暴露对脑影响的研究进展。 资料来源与选择 国内外本领域的研究论文及综述、论著。 资料引用 引用国内外学术刊物上发表的论文 2 9篇。 资料综合 简要讨论了 +GZ致意识丧失的动物模型及动物意识丧失的监测问题 ,重点阐述了高 G值持续性 +GZ重复暴露对脑的影响及其机理 ,并扼要论述了血液流变学特性改变在 +GZ重复暴露致脑损伤中的作用及 +GZ作用下颅内压及心脏泵血功能的变化特点及影响因素。 结论 阐明 +GZ重复暴露致脑损伤及其机理对加速度生理与防护研究有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE: To review recent advances in the study of the effects of repeated + GZ exposure on the brain. Sources and selection of research papers and reviews in the field at home and abroad, treatises. Citing references to 29 papers published in academic journals at home and abroad. DATA SYNTHESIS Briefly discussed + GZ-induced loss of animal model and monitoring of animal loss of consciousness, focusing on the high G value of sustained + GZ repeated exposure on the brain and its mechanism, and briefly discusses the hemorheological properties Changes in the role of + GZ exposure induced brain injury and + GZ intracranial pressure and cardiac pump blood changes in the characteristics and influencing factors. Conclusion It is of great significance to elucidate the brain damage caused by repeated exposure to + GZ and its mechanism on the physiology and protection of acceleration.
