目的 探讨CT在颅内动脉瘤的影像学诊断价值及其在外科手术治疗和介入栓塞治疗动脉瘤的重要性。方法 对100例颅内动脉瘤患者行CT检查,分析动脉瘤破裂引起的蛛网膜下腔出血的部位与动脉瘤发生部位的定位关系以及CT对动脉瘤钙化和瘤腔内血栓的显示情况。结果 前交通动脉瘤、后交通动脉瘤、大脑中动脉瘤和基底动脉瘤的破裂出血在CT图像上可表现为特定部位的蛛网膜下腔出血,CT能清楚显示动脉瘤的破裂出血在CT图像上可表现为特定部位的蛛网膜下腔出血,CT能清楚显示动脉瘤壁和瘤颈的钙化及瘤腔内血栓的大小。结论 在CT图像上可根据蛛网膜下腔出血的部位,判断动脉瘤的发病部位,CT对动脉瘤治疗方法的选择具有重要的价值。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of CT in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms and its importance in the treatment of aneurysms by surgical intervention and embolization. Methods One hundred patients with intracranial aneurysm underwent CT examination. The location of subarachnoid hemorrhage caused by aneurysm rupture and the location of aneurysm were analyzed, and the calcification of aneurysm and the display of tumor thrombus by CT were analyzed. Results The anterior communicating artery aneurysm, posterior communicating aneurysm, middle cerebral artery aneurysm and ruptured basilar artery aneurysm ruptured on the CT images can be shown as a specific site of subarachnoid hemorrhage, CT can clearly show aneurysm rupture in CT images On the performance of specific parts of subarachnoid hemorrhage, CT can clearly show the aneurysm wall and tumor neck calcification and the size of tumor thrombus. Conclusion CT images can be based on the site of subarachnoid hemorrhage to determine the location of the aneurysm, CT on the selection of aneurysm treatment has important value.
