1、集体经济。集体经济,是指部分劳动者共同占有生产资料的一种公有制形式。目前,汕头农村的集体经济主要有两大类:一是合作经济组织。二是乡镇企业。这些集体经济的特点是:①全部或主要生产资料劳动群众集体所有;②享有完全独立的经营自主权和人、财、物、产、供、销的决策权;③所创造的产品和收入,除依法上交税金和有关管理费外,全部由集体自行决定分配,积累和扩大再生产;④实行多劳多得、多产多分的原则;⑤帐务健全,有一套比较完整的财务制度;⑥灵活
