众所周知,He-Se激光器具有广泛的应用前景.但由于其输出功率与工作电流、Se离子浓度有明显的依赖关系,使用中应保持工作电流和Se离子浓度均恒定于最佳值;又由于工作时光腔窗口与工作区温差很大,操作不慎易使Se蒸气凝结于较冷的窗口而严重影响激光器输出功率和寿命,因此使用中还必须严格遵从一定的操作程序以免窗口污染.这给实际应用带来很大不便.为此我们研制了具有自动联锁操作和恒温恒流特性的专用电源,以简化操作手续和确保激光器安全、稳定地工作.
