The statistics included 66 countries and regions with premiums above 100 million U.S. dollars, up from 6 in the previous year. In some countries and regions such as Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Peru, Trinidad and Tobago and Hong Kong, the premium income apparently exceeded 100 million U.S. dollars but was not included in the statistics due to lack of accurate statistical data.
