铝材轧制中的摩擦学问题,直接影响到产品质量、产量、能耗和成本,因此,当前已成为人们十分关心的问题。本文试就铝材轧制中的摩擦特点、摩擦与润滑机理、影响因素、工艺润滑剂的作用及其选择等问题进行探讨。 Tribological problems in the rolling of aluminum have a direct impact on product quality, output, energy consumption and cost, and have now become a matter of great concern to people. In this paper, the friction characteristics of aluminum rolling, friction and lubrication mechanism, influencing factors, the role of process lubricants and their options are discussed.
