一、前言自动排出热水采暖系统内的空气是改善采暖效果,延长采暖设备和管道使用年限、稳定系统水力工况,提高采暖系统运行经济性的有力措施。近几年来城市中兴建了大量的民用建筑,其中大部分是多层和高层建筑,解决热水采暖系统自动排气问题显得突出。我们发现已经生产的自动排气阀中,有的由于构造上不够完善只适用于一定的压力范围;当作用于阀体内压力小时,阀孔封闭不严漏水,压力大时打不开阀孔空气排不出去,也有的排气时带水。为了寻求适用压力范围广、性能稳定、安全可靠的自动排气装置,我们研制了这种卧式自动排气阀。二、卧式自动排气阀构造及其工作原理
I. INTRODUCTION The automatic discharge of the air in the hot water heating system is an effective measure to improve the heating effect, extend the service life of heating equipment and pipelines, stabilize the system hydraulic conditions, and increase the economic efficiency of heating systems. In recent years, a large number of civil buildings have been constructed in cities, most of which are multi-storey and high-rise buildings. The solution to the problem of automatic exhaust of hot water heating systems has become prominent. We have found that some of the automatic exhaust valves that have been produced are only suitable for a certain range of pressures due to inadequate construction; when used as pressures in the valve body, the valve holes are not closed tightly and water is leaked. When the pressure is high, valve air cannot be opened. Can not row out, but also some with water when vented. In order to find a wide range of applicable pressure range, stable performance, safe and reliable automatic exhaust device, we developed this horizontal automatic exhaust valve.
