地震应急遥感制图能在震后第一时间提供震区标准遥感图像产品,为应急决策和救援提供支持。目前地震应急遥感制图还存在有流程化不完善、时效性不够强等问题,浪费了宝贵的人力资源。针对以上问题,系统地归纳了地震应急遥感制图的流程,并针对制图流程中的几个关键问题进行了讨论,提出了综合遥感影像分辨率与比例尺的关系以及烈度衰减关系决定制图范围的遥感制图思路。最终,设计了地震应急遥感快速制图软件,实现了地震应急遥感专题图的自动化制作,并对未来应急制图的工作进行了展望。
Earthquake emergency remote sensing mapping can provide the quake-prone remote sensing image products as soon as possible after the earthquake, providing support for emergency decision-making and rescue. At present, there are some problems such as imperfect flow process and insufficient timeliness in seismic remote sensing mapping, wasting precious human resources. In view of the above problems, this paper systematically summarizes the process of earthquake remote sensing mapping and discusses several key issues in the process of mapping. The relationship between the resolution of remote sensing images and the scale and the relationship between intensity attenuation and remote sensing mapping Ideas. Finally, the rapid seismic mapping remote sensing software was designed to realize the automatic production of thematic map of earthquake emergency telemetry, and the prospect of future emergency mapping was prospected.
