改革开放30年以来,中国旅游业以每年10%以上的平均速度高速增长,旅游收入占GDP的比例逐年上升趋势,旅游业成为国民经济的重要组成部分,成为很多省市经济发展的支柱产业。但是,不少地方在旅游开发过程中出现了很多问题,造成了不少的损失。有鉴于此,其本身也存在一系列的问题,其原有的竞争优势并非核心竞争优势。在激烈的旅游市场竞争环境下,昆明市旅游景区面临严峻的挑战,笔者通过进行充分、全面的论证和评估,以确定人力资源管理现状的可行性研究。
Since 30 years of reform and opening up, China’s tourism industry has been growing rapidly at an average rate of over 10% each year. The proportion of tourism revenue in GDP has been increasing year by year. Tourism has become an important part of the national economy and has become a pillar industry for the economic development of many provinces and cities. However, many places have encountered many problems in tourism development and caused a lot of losses. In view of this, there are also a series of problems in itself, and its original competitive advantage is not its core competitive advantage. In the fierce competition environment of tourism market, the tourist attractions in Kunming are facing severe challenges. The author has carried out a full and comprehensive demonstration and evaluation to determine the feasibility of the status quo of human resources management.
