为了解决煤矸石大量堆积引起的生态环境污染及膏体充填材料泵送性差、投资大等问题,以煤矸石、河砂为骨料,水泥和粉煤灰为胶结料,运用正交试验对煤矸石、粉煤灰、质量浓度等因素对似膏体充填材料性能的影响及矿用似膏体充填材料的最优配比进行了研究。结果表明:胶结料中水泥的比例越大,似膏体材料的强度越大;适当的增加煤矸石用量有利于提高材料的长期强度;提高粉煤灰比例、减小材料质量浓度及合理的粗细骨料比例可提高材料的泵送性能。获得的最优配比为:水泥、粉煤灰、煤矸石和河砂的质量比为1∶3∶5∶5,质量浓度为74%,早强剂含量为1%。
