本文简述了塑性成形领域中的强塑性变形金属表面纳米化。探索性的研究了急剧塑性变形制备纳米/超细晶材料的方法,ECAE和ARB法。说明急剧塑性变形具有强烈的细化晶粒的能力,甚至可以将晶体加工成非晶体;并且可以在低温下使金属材料的微观组织得到明显细化。
This article describes the plastic deformation of the field of plastic deformation of the metal surface nanotechnology. Exploratory study of the rapid plastic deformation of nano / ultrafine grained material method, ECAE and ARB method. It indicates that the rapid plastic deformation has the ability of grain refinement. The crystal can even be made into non-crystalline, and the microstructure of the metal can be obviously refined at low temperature.
