纵向翅片管的滚焊及其装置

翅片管是一种热交換器的元件,用于炼油化工設备的高效率换热器、鍋炉設备的省煤器及廢热鍋炉等设备上。它与一般的鋼管不同,在管子內壁或外壁上有許多翅片,借以提高热交换效率。翅片管的种类很多,根据翅片形状的不同,可分为纵向翅片管(翘片相对于管于軸綫为纵向)、环向翅片管及螺旋形翅片管等;根据其制造方法不同,翅片与管子可采用机械方法固定、钎焊、电阻焊以及整体制造等方法。四方鍋炉厂在石油机械研究所的协作下,試制了纵向翅片管(图1)。其外徑为75毫米。鋼管規格为(?)45×4、料材为20号鋼;翅片由1毫米厚的鋼板冲压而成,其剖視图見图2,材料为A3鋼。纵向翅片管的制造方法采用工业頻率的电阻焊——滾焊。 Finned tubes are a component of heat exchangers used in high efficiency heat exchangers for petrochemical plants, economizers for boiler plants, and waste heat boilers. Unlike ordinary steel pipe, there are many fins on the inner wall or outer wall of the pipe to improve the heat exchange efficiency. There are many types of finned tubes, which can be divided into longitudinal finned tubes (longitudinal orientations relative to the tube axis), circular finned tubes, spiral finned tubes, etc., depending on the shape of the fin. Different methods, fins and tubes can be fixed by mechanical methods, brazing, resistance welding and the overall manufacturing and other methods. Sifang Boiler Factory in cooperation with the Institute of Petroleum Machinery, the trial of the longitudinal finned tube (Figure 1). Its outer diameter is 75 mm.
