在LiNbO3中同时掺入Nd2O3和ZnO,生长了Nd:ZnO:LiNbO3晶体。它具有同Nd:MgO:LiNbO3晶体相当的抗光损伤能力。Zn2+离子的掺入,不影响Nd3+离子在晶体中的光谱性质。可成为新型激光晶体。
Nd 2 O 3 and ZnO were doped into LiNbO 3 simultaneously to grow Nd: ZnO: LiNbO 3 crystals. It has comparable to Nd: MgO: LiNbO3 crystal light damage resistance. The incorporation of Zn2 + ions does not affect the spectral properties of Nd3 + ions in the crystal. Can become a new type of laser crystal.
