1979～1993年,我院干部病房共收治县处级以上干部住院病人3136例,男2986例,女150例。本文就其疾病发生情况及医护质量。作如下分析。 1.病种:共221种疾病,涉及到6个科室,依次为内科、外科、五官科、神经科、肿瘤科、皮肤科。以以下21种疾病为多见,依次为高血压、冠心病、上感、急慢性气管炎、支气管炎、急慢性肠胃炎、脑梗塞、肿瘤、腔隙性脑梗塞、糖尿病、脑血栓后遗症、高粘血脂症、肺炎、急慢性肠炎、脑血管痉挛、胃炎、胃窦炎、眩晕综合症、菌痢、心肌梗塞及心律紊乱。其中以心、脑血管发病率最高,有9种疾病属心原性疾病,占47.32％。
From 1979 to 1993, a total of 3,136 cases of inpatients at and above the county level were admitted to the cadres’ wards in our hospital, including 2986 males and 150 females. This article deals with the condition of the disease and the quality of care. For the following analysis. 1. Diseases: A total of 221 diseases, involving 6 departments, followed by internal medicine, surgery, ENT, neurology, oncology, dermatology. The following 21 diseases were common, followed by hypertension, coronary heart disease, upper sensation, acute and chronic bronchitis, bronchitis, acute and chronic gastroenteritis, cerebral infarction, tumors, lacunar infarction, diabetes, sequelae of cerebral thrombosis, Hyperviscosity, pneumonia, acute and chronic enteritis, cerebral vasospasm, gastritis, antral gastritis, dizziness syndrome, dysentery, myocardial infarction, and cardiac rhythm disturbances. Among them, the incidence of heart and cerebrovascular diseases was the highest, and 9 diseases were cardiogenic diseases, accounting for 47.32%.
