2011年,我国石油和化学工业克服重重困难,实现了“十二五”的良好开局,创造了快速、平稳增长的的新纪录,全年总产值突破11万亿,比上年增长31.5%,在宏观经济下行压力加大的环境下,这确实是一件十分不易的事情。展望2012年,尽管石油和化工行业经济运行面临诸多困难和挑战,但有利因素仍然较多,机遇大于挑战,机会多于困难,预计行业经济总体上将保持较快增长,但增速较上年会有所减缓。
