为给一种新型水沙分离装置——泥沙浓缩旋管提供设计依据,通过物理模型试验,研究不同曲率半径泥沙浓缩旋管内单相水流的阻力特性,测量了泥沙浓缩旋管内径和曲率半径对水头损失的影响。研究结果表明:曲率半径越小,该装置局部水头损失越大,局部水头损失主要由二次流造成;总水头损失也与曲率半径有关,该装置水头损失系数ζ与d/R呈正相关,二次流是流动阻力的主要来源。
In order to provide a design basis for a new type of silt separation device - sediment concentrate coil, the physical model test was used to study the resistance characteristics of single-phase water flow in the silo-concentrated coil with different radius of curvature.
